Lucknow is the capital city of the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. This metro city is the administrative headquarters of Lucknow District and Lucknow Division. Lucknow has always been known as a multicultural city and flourished as a cultural and artistic capital of North India in the 18th and 19th centuries and as a seat of power of Nawabs. Today it continues as an important centre of education, commerce, aerospace, finance, pharmaceuticals, technology, design, culture, tourism, music, and poetry. It is the largest city of Uttar Pradesh, and after Delhi the second largest metro of North and Central India, and the 11th largest city of India. The city's design was heavily influenced by the several emperors and incorporates significant areas of natural imperial that have earned Lucknow the title of the "city of nawabs". It is also known as the Golden City of India.

Day 01: Arrival Lucknow (Flight / Train: TBA)

Arrive at Lucknow Airport / Station. Proceed to the arrival lounge. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS Executive will page you by your name. Thereafter you will be assisted with a transfer to the hotel, check in at the hotel and stay two nights in Lucknow.

Day 02: Lucknow

Enjoy buffet breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing of Lucknow. Visit Bara Imambara, built as part of the relief project for famine held in 1784, The Bara Imambara has a unique style of construction because of the fact that no girders and beams are used in its construction, the blocks holding itself together with interlocking system of bricks. The central hall of Bara Imambara is said to be the largest arched hall in the world. The hall measures 50 meters long and go upto a height of 15 meters. Also visit the Bhul Bhulaiya, a maze of tunnels inside the Bara Imambara, the way out of which can be found only with a guide.  Also visit Rumi Darwaza, built in unique awadh style, Chotta Imambara, another famine relief project, constructed by the third Nawab of Awadh as its mausoleum, have chandeliers brought from Belgium. Government Museum is a must visit for all the tourists is situated in a modern three-storied building at Banarasi Bagh area of Lucknow. Lunch on own. Later in the day visit the La Marteniere College, one of the most famous colleges of Lucknow and the British residency, which still have graves of about 2000 British people.

This afternoon enjoy Culinary Delight tour of some of Lucknow’s traditional market eateries. Lucknow is famous for its Awadhi cuisine of Nawabs. You will get to taste some of the finest dishes; the subtle variation of taste between the dishes is surely going to satiate your taste buds.

Return to the hotel in the evening. Stay overnight at the hotel. (B, D)

Day 03: Departure Lucknow (Flight / Train: TBA)

After breakfast your tour finishes with transfer to the Lucknow airport / station to board your onward flight. (B)
