Type of Accommodation

As there is so much to see and do in India during the day therefore everyone deserves a good night sleep. Flavours of Lanka Village Cooking Class

Sri Lankan cuisine is bound with their history of traders, immigrants and colonisers thus offering a rich, distinctive mix. Aside from Arab and Indian influenced breads and the ubiquitous street food, the Sri Lankan staple is simply “rice and curry”. The class takes the form of a trip to the local market to walk through and buy the ingredients. Back to base to cook a meal (2-3 dishes) in pairs. Enjoy the effort of your endeavors by eating the rice and curry...Read More»
